N-ethyl-N-(3-sulfopropyl)-3-methoxyanilin-natrium (ESP) er en selektiv agonist af CB2-receptoren. Det er strukturelt ikke relateret til andre CB2-receptorligander og har vist sig at fungere som en selektiv lavaffinitetsantagonist af den epidermale vækstfaktorreceptor. ESP har også vist sig at være et ATP-bindende kassettetransportsubstrat og fungerer som en spændingssensor i helcelleoptagelser. ESP har potentielle terapeutiske anvendelser ved diabetisk neuropati og kronisk smerte.
